The retirement plan, administered by VALIC, allows you to make pre-tax contributions to your plan account to increase your retirement income. Bon Secours also makes additional contributions. Your plan contributions are made via payroll deduction and held in a plan account established for you. You decide how much to contribute to the plan and how to invest your account savings.
